We welcome you to apply for a new position in the Paulig Coffee Division Baltics Marketing team as:

Senior Analyst

You are expected to add value to Paulig, to our customers and consumers with your analytical skills and data expertise. In this role you analyze category segments, brands/products, competitors performance, pricing and channel trends. You create insights and explore coffee trends to materialize this wisdom together with retail Key Accounts on customer meetings and negotiations. You have an opportunity to take ownership for your work, and build your own role in the centre of the business.

You are suitable candidate if you have:

  • University degree and 3+ years of experience in analyst positions
  • Experience in collecting, structuring and modelling data
  • Capability to phrase identified patterns, trends and gaps as actual business proposals
  • Courage to build trust with stakeholders and recommend solutions persuasively
  • Desire to apply your data science mastery in the domains of category management and FMCG
  • High self-awareness and solid communication skills to work well across teams and functions within Baltics
  • Very good English skills (at least B2)
