Your primary area of focus is to ensure that there is profitable growth of the customer base in line with the business plan, through owning the creation and on-going development of the end to end marketing strategy and plan for the digital business in addition to owning the online customer journey.

You are to develop and execute the on-line sales and branding strategy, driving sales and customer growth through developing and executing a targeted campaigns and activities to drive traffic to the web site and working with key external partners to refine digital marketing approach.

Your key responsibilities are in line with the ambition to grow the business and you act as a managing director of the business fulfilling the responsibility that is described above.

Sales

  • SIM card sales management and development of sales channels (at the beginning focus on existing online sales channel: travelchat.com);
  • Airtime sales and promotion of usage;
  • VAS sales and promotion;
  • Cooperation with strategic partners (gross selling possibilities);

Marketing

  • Planning of marketing activities and budget;
  • Manage marketing partners (creative agency, digital media agency etc.)
  • Carry out planned marketing activities;
  • Manage and develop website – SEO, product presentation, usability etc.
  • Manage other online promotional channels (FB, Google Ad, direct mailing etc.)

Logistics

  • Manage Starter Kit delivery to customers;
  • Negotiate terms and manage logistic partners;

Customer base management

  • Develop up and cross selling activities;
  • Carry out promotional offers to lower churn and promote usage;

Finance P&L

  • Prepare yearly budget and manage the business according to the frames;
  • Manage and improve OPEX

You are welcome to apply if you have:

  • Relevant on-line sales experience
  • Understanding of emerging digital trends and customer experience
  • Digital marketing strategy development, planning and implementation knowledge;
  • Excellent digital User Experience knowledge and the ability to develop new user interfaces (UI) for the on-going development of the web site
  • Experience of agency procurement and relationship management
  • Experience of working on agile development projects and being able to manage multiple streams of work within development projects to time and budget
  • Fluency in English is a must, Russian, Spanish and Estonian languages are advantage
