Sika is looking for an experienced, professional and highly motivated person to take up the position of

GENERAL MANAGER

Your main goal is to manage and develop the business to become a well perceived professional company within the sector in Estonia. Your contribution will enhance leading of the company by definition and dertemination of company targets, monitor the achievements and implement corrective actions. You are responsible for the business results, acting as a role model and You have hands-on approach. You will lead and guide the local team. Your work and results will impact and influence Sika business and sales processes globally.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • run Sika operations in Estonia, planning, budgeting, sales management;
  • strengthen the market development and position in Estonia by promoting and offering products of exceptional quality;
  • identify, evaluate, propose and integrate business opportunities, research the market;
  • promote the Sika brands in the country in close cooperation with the international team;
  • act as the local representative of the Sika and its brands; negotiations with customers and key accounts;
  • close cooperation with SIKA corporate regarding SYNTEKO brand design and production planning;
  • be present in trade fairs and other promotional and professional events/channels relevant to Sika ambitions;
  • lead, manage, inspire, set targets and supervise the team in Estonia.

You are a suitable candidate if You have:

  • successful managerial experience at least 3-5 years, preferably industrial or construction business;
  • experience in technical B2B sales, preferably gained from the construction materials and/or industrial field;
  • very good Estonian and English language skills, preferably also Russian skills.
