Royal Unibrew is strengthening its sales activities in Estonia and is looking for an efficient and highly motivated person to take up the position of

SALES COORDINATOR

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • coordinate document flows; manage schedules and communicate relevant information for the sales team, handle all kind of necessary paperwork to deliver smooth sales process and customer satisfaction;
  • produce reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department;
  • respond to any inquiries from the customers;
  • make sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers;
  • settle upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the customer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism;
  • make presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have;
  • assist in new marketing campaigns, support in preparation of sales campaigns;
  • assist sales and marketing activities following Royal Unibrew values and standards.

As a successful candidate you are proactive and pragmatic team player, analytical, operational and business minded. Your every-day job requires customer orientation and willingness to participate in hands-on way in different daily sales activities in order to contribute to overall functioning of Royal Unibrew.

You are a suitable candidate if You have/are:

  • at least 2 years of experience in office work, preferred sales/marketing area;
  • ambitious, self-motivated and results driven specialist;
  • excellent English and Estonian skills (both verbal and written);
  • proficiency in MS Excel/Power Point/Word;
  • FMCG experience is an advantage.
