Fast-growing Magnetic MRO is strengthening its activities and is looking for an experienced, professional and highly motivated person to take up the position of

Chief Operations Officer


This is an opportunity for entrepreneurial minded individual who would like to participate in reconfiguration and business platform building activities in Magnetic MRO. You will be involved in different business concepts and have a chance to dwell into many different things in different business models from start-ups to solid businesses in different geographic and sector locations.

You will be working side-by-side with the CEO of the company – Risto Mäeots, whose right hand You will be in running the business of high potential projects, innovative and open-minded business environment where the initiative and out-of-box thinking is more than expected and rewarded.

You are responsible for:

  • Measuring effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finding a ways to improve processes;
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies;
  • Acting as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance;
  • Raising capital through investors to help foster growth or obtain sales goals;
  • Providing mentoring to all employees, including management;
  • Motivating staff to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals;
  • Oversees daily operations and making adjustments as necessary;
  • Presenting new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers;
  • Directing acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organisation goals;
  • Evaluating newly implemented sales plans;
  • Promoting communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise.

You are a perfect candidate if You have and are:

  • Experience in leading or managing a team, strategic an operational management experience at least of 5 years;
  • Ability to run a finely tuned, effective team; a great motivator - know how to get the best out of people;
  • A natural manager who understands what drives and motivates others, leadership skills;
  • Detailed oriented and efficient and structured approach towards work planning;
  • Smart and highly intelligent;
  • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis;
  • Motivated and excited by entrepreneurial activities and taking strong initiative in analyzing and realizing new projects and ideas;
  • Ability to influence others, to create high quality presentations to help explain and promote investment products and projects;
  • Good in communication, collaboration and negotiations;
  • Innovative, inquisitive, independent in planning own and others work;
  • Flexible – happy to roll your sleeves up when needed;
  • Fluent in written and spoken business English;
  • International mobility and willingness to travel;
  • Cross-border cooperation willingness.
