Aasa does not operate in the sub-prime or payday-lending segments, but provides responsible credit only to bankable customers through streamlined processes and state-of- the-art technology.

We are expanding our financial team in Estonia, and are looking for highly motivated person to take up the position of

Group Controller

Your key responsibilities:

  • preparing periodic investor reports, like IFRS FS and operational reports, maintaining contractual covenants;
  • analyzing the short-term and long-term financial impact of decisions;
  • providing assessment and interpretation regarding costs, prices, turnover etc;
  • implementing the principles of financial control and developing analytical methods for more precise analysis of economic and financial indicators and forecasting.

You will be a desired candidate, if you have the following characteristics and skill set that helps you to contribute to success:

  • at least 3 years of working experience in Finance, Finance or accounting (a must);
  • bachelor’s degree at economy studies;
  • intellectually curious, highly motivated and self-directed;
  • accurate and responsible, keeping set deadlines;
  • creative team player, with open mind and willing to learn and develop;
  • very good communication and collaboration skills;
  • high level of written and spoken English (a must), knowledge of Finnish language would come as advantage;
  • very good Excel skills;
  • experience in Big 4 firm will be an asset (but not a must);
