Aasa Global AS is a rapidly expanding international company offering consumer loans. Company operates currently in Finland, Poland and Sweden. The head office is located in Tallinn, parent Company in Luxembourg. Branch offices and call centers in Tartu, Warsaw and Helsinki. Company has recently attracted 50M Euro Equity investment from London and central Europe investment funds. Company has another 100m+ Euro senior obligations and balance sheet of group is close to 200m Euro.

Aasa combines traditional scoring algorithms large data sets and innovative big data to create sophisticated models for credit scoring. Aasa does not operate in the sub-prime or payday-lending segments, but provides responsible credit only to bankable customers through streamlined processes and state-of- the-art technology.




We are expanding our financial team in Estonia, and are looking for highly motivated person to take up the position of

Group Treasury Manager

who will have the overall responsibility of managing Group Cash position.


Your key responsibilities are:

  • ensuring adequate liquidity so that there’s never a shortage of cash;
  • determining how much cash is available for use and forecasting both sht and long-term cash levels;
  • overseeing cash transactions;
  • generating reports on cash operations.

 

You will be a desired candidate, if You have the following characteristics and skill set that helps You to contribute to success:

  • at least 3 years of working experience in Treasury, Finance or accounting (a must);
  • bachelor’s degree at economy studies;
  • highly motivated and self-directed, able to work effectively independently;
  • accurate and responsible, keeping set deadlines;
  • creative team player, with open mind and willing to learn and develop;
  • very good communication and collaboration skills;
  • high level of written and spoken English (a must), knowledge of Finnish language would come as advantage;
  • very good Excel skills;
  • experience in Big 4 firm will be an asset (but not a must);
