We are expanding our HR team and are looking for highly motivated person to take up the position of

Senior Payroll Consultant


Your main focus is processing payroll related information in a timely manner and good quality, that includes:

  • Calculating and checking wages of employees in Estonia;
  • Maintenance, correction and monitoring of time recording for employees and checking completeness of data;
  • Preparation and submission of payroll tax declarations and reports according to common principles and agreed processes;
  • Delivering payroll service support for employees for queries on time recording and wages, social insurance, authorities etc;
  • Supporting HR activities and projects;
  • Composing HR documents.

You will be a desired candidate, if you have the following characteristics and skill set that helps you to contribute to success:

  • University degree or equal (economics, HR or law);
  • At least 2 years of work experience in payroll & HR administration field;
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation;
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP HR would come as strong advantage;
  • Open mind and willing to learn and develop, results oriented, initiative;
  • Strong presentation, collaboration and communication skills;
  • High level of written and spoken English or German, fluent in Estonian;
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel;
  • Mobility from 3 up to 12 months for training abroad.
