HR Manager

This amazing opportunity offers You a chance to be part of the global team in automotive suppliers’ industry and be responsible for offering HR related services. Your role purpose is to manage and continuously develop country level HR strategies, function and procedures which promote company values and enable business success. You act through human resources management, including job design, recruitment and staffing, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and Environment, Health & Safety.

You are expected to deliver in your new role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies functions, processes and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop the organization to meet customer requirements and to improve overall productivity and organisational effectiveness
  • Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Develop training and performance management programs that ensure all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
  • Create and update compensation strategy, structure competitive benefits packages, and measure their success, manage payroll and labour administration
  • Represent employer in industrial relations and negotiations with labour; handle employee issues, concerns and conflicts, bridge management and employee relations by addressing communication
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Assist and mentor line managers as leaders as well as equip them with core HR tools and practices
  • Develop internal communication practices and co-ordinate them
  • Ensure that environmental, occupational health and work safety is seen as a prerequisite across the organization
  • Improve image and knowledge of the employer in local community
  • Inspire people around to want more for themselves and the business.

So, what skills, knowledge and experience do you have?

  • Educated to degree level (M.Sc. or BA degree in HR, business administration or other relevant field)
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position in manufacturing, preferably in automotive industry
  • International or multi-cultural work or life experience is a strong plus
  • Broad business knowledge and a strong strategic orientation
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Extensive experience in managing industrial relations and union negotiations
  • Capable of compiling and analysing employment data to guide strategic planning
  • Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to architect people strategy along with leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Service minded and team player with strong work ethic and trustworthiness
  • Committed, resilient and conscientious with good judgment, creativity and a positive attitude
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills; outstanding speaking and writing skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

You will report directly to Senior HR Director, Europe & South America. The working location is located in Ülemiste City in PKC regional HQ office.
