Glamox AS is a Norwegian industrial group that develops, manufactures and distributes professional lighting solutions for the global market. The Group owns a range of quality lighting brands. Glamox is currently running a major digitalization initiative where all sales- and production companies are harmonized on a common platform (ERP and WMS). The first companies are live, with the larger part of the project running in 2019-2020. Glamox now looking for the candidate that will take on a role in the ongoing project and take a key role in further development. Who are we looking for?

  • You have a few years of work experience. Preferably from the business development or consulting.
  • You have a university degree. Preferably master within engineering, IT or economics.
  • You have experience from system development. E.g. requirement specification, system configuration and test.
  • You have hands-on experience from working with ERP, databases and integration.
  • You have a genuine interest in creating business value and driving change.
  • You are analytical and structured and able of working independent and efficient.
  • You are good in written and oral presentations in English.
  • You have high working capacity and mobility (travel should be expected).
  • You enjoy taking on new challenges and are curious and engaged in what you do.

These will be your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Document complex business processes and workflows, identify business opportunities and alternative solutions for improvements.
  • Create detailed specification of workflows and business requirements for system implementation.
  • Advanced configuration of business applications.
  • System test and quality assurance of new functionality.
  • Write documentation and user manuals, and host training sessions.
  • Facilitate workshops and problem- and solution interviews with end users.
  • Identify, capture and analyze data for measuring success and drive continuous improvements.
