Key Account Manager

You are personality driven by the results, possessing strong customer focus, analytical skills and enjoy working in a team. You have a university degree and 2-3 years of experience in key account and/or sales management preferably in FMCG company. You are fluent in Estonian and English and you have outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

The opportunity that expects you in an international company local team is to:

  • Implement Key Account strategies, objectives and action plans which result in attainment of volume, income and market share targets in Estonia.
  • Analyze sales results, customer behaviour as well as the economic environment.
  • Perform and coordinate negotiations with Key Accounts and set the objectives in sales volumes and commercial sales strategies.
  • Actively build relationships with Key Accounts, map their needs and organize sales support activities.
