Group Communication Manager

Your main responsibilities:

The Group Communication Manager has the overall responsibility for all internal and external corporate communication in Olympic Entertainment Group.

The leader in this position will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the internal and external integrated communication strategy. The overall communication strategy promotes, protects and builds Olympic Casino’s brand awareness, reputation and ensures alignment with the general business strategy and set priorities.

As Group Communication Manager your contribution to the business will be the development and upgrade of OEG corporate image, by making sure that a corporate narrative is successfully developed and communicated to various audiences: employees, customers and other stakeholders.

The manager develops internal and external communication plans, builds and maintains excellent relations across the stakeholders and engages corporate communications content across multiple channels and for a variety of internal and external audiences.

Experience and skills set expected:

  • University degree (BA at least) in related fields (communications, PR, marketing, business administration)
  • 10+ years of working experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in leading communications role (extra plus is in broad and leading Corporate Communication functions, in an international environment)
  • Understanding and experience of matrix organization
  • Experience and willingness to work on a strategic, tactical and on an operational level
  • Digital media competence
  • Excellent writing skills and eagerness to produce content for various platforms and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Estonian
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience from working with change management
