Group Marketing Manager

Your main responsibilities:

The Group Marketing Manager has the overall responsibility for all design and build-up as well as day-to-day operational management of real-time digital multi-channel marketing solutions including customer loyalty and rewards solutions. You will operate from the strategical and tactical point all over OEG countries of presence on Group level. You will set a technology vision for analytics and marketing in Olympic Entertainment Group.

You are a senior-level leader who has significant depth and contribution to champion greater experimentation and more-agile management of that function’s capabilities and will be a change agent, working within the marketing organization and across the company to create competitive advantage.

This leader will also be responsible for the design/build/transition of enhancements to these platforms aligned guest and employee needs.

Serve as a point of contact and support for marketing teams for analysis of direct marketing offers and programs. Provide strategic insights, analyze standard reports, and conduct in-depth analysis to formulate insights into land-based and online marketing performance, customer behaviors, and direct marketing programs. Identify opportunities for testing in direct marketing and evaluate test results. Communicate conclusions, implications, and recommendations in a concise fashion to support more effective marketing decisions.

Key Priorities:

  • Set a marketing technology vision for Olympic Entertainment Group
  • Develop and drive strategic multi-channel loyalty and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with all the stakeholders to understand and establish structure and work-flow to deliver industry-leading marketing performance
  • Define, prioritize and establish timetables/roadmaps for key Martech imperatives that will shape the direction for marketing across the businesses. Align roadmap with customer needs

 Experience and skills set expected:

  • University degree (BA at least) in related fields (marketing, business administration)
  • 5+ years of working experience in leading marketing roles (a plus is in broad and leading marketing incl digital marketing functions, in an international environment)
  • Knowledge of advanced loyalty strategies and analytic-driven solutions
  • Applied multi-channel CRM, Marketing and Loyalty solutions from both the business and technical perspectives, including measurement and personalization
  • Understanding and experience of matrix organization
  • Experience and willingness to work on a strategic, tactical and on an operational level
  • Digital marketing competence
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including project management, time management and innovation
  • Fluency in English and Estonian
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience from working with change management
  • Mobility to travel up to 20% of the time
