International well- established, successful and with global presence construction materials Group of companies is looking for a top professional talent to pick up the position of Country Manager role in Estonia (with the coverage and responsibility of Baltic region).

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • run branch/company operations in operational management, which is planning, budgeting, sales management;
  • strengthen the market development and position by promoting and offering products of exceptional quality;
  • establish and develop relations with customers – be it construction companies, project designers, installers, planners, architects or wholesalers/distributors - who influence decisions regarding the usage of products offered;
  • research the market, know what is going on in the construction area; monitor competition;
  • sell products to main customers;
  • act as the local representative of the company and its brands;
  • be present in trade fairs and other promotional and professional events/channels relevant to company ambitions;
  • establish and maintain competent a motivated local team;
  • lead, manage, inspire, set targets and supervise the team of salespeople;
  • coordinate between local site, divisional as well as group functions and units.

Your primary accountabilities are:

  • full P&L responsibility; quality and legal aspects;
  • team management;
  • company operations and processes in compliance with group policies;
  • communication and interaction within the Group;
  • Planning process and fulfillment both mid-term, annual and budget process responsibility;
  • sales management and key account sales;
  • new products market share growth.

You are suitable talent if you have:

  • successful sales and sales management experience in the area of construction products;
  • B2B sales experience;
  • business administration experience (P&L, planning);
  • team management experience;
  • Estonian and English language skills, Russian language skills will be a plus.
