Head of Sales


You will be responsible for leading, guiding and supporting the development and growth of Volvo New trucks sales volume and profitability with your team of ca 10 professionals. You will report to the Managing Director and you are a member of the management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and develop sales strategy in accordance with Volvo Trucks framework
  • Agree, decide and follow up customer strategy, targets, opportunities and activities
  • Set and communicate appropriate objectives, initiate actions, monitor performance and follow-up results to ensure excellent performance
  • Contribute to market business plan
  • Secure short-term and long-term customer relationship
  • Manage and develop a sales team. Motivate and encourage excellent performance to drive profitability
  • Contribute to the company’s ambition to become a true customer company

  • University degree
  • B2B sales management experience, preferably from the commercial vehicle industry
  • Estonian and English language skills
  • Highly target-driven and results-oriented personality
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and successful people & culture leadership
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact and influence at all levels both internally and externally, while building foundations for long term business relations
