    Sales Director

    You will be offered the sales organization leadership role, which accomplishes a lifetime opportunity to enhance and facilitate the continuous growth and improvement of the operations of well-established and Baltic-wide highly recognized heavy machinery brands sales and maintenance organization in Estonia. Dotnuva’s mother company is a stock exchange company Linas Agro Group – significant agricultural products company on the Baltic market.

    The company offers you support in all ways of best practice and knowledge sharing, expecting from you proactiveness and initiative to drive the business further and build team synergy and team spirit.

    As the top manager of the company, you’ll have the overall responsibility for all sales operations within the Estonian market. You belong to the group’s management team. Together with the local middle management team and management in HQ you will be responsible for strategic sales management and running and supervising the everyday operations of Dotnuva in Estonia. You’ll lead the business planning and business development process of the company, operational excellence activities, team management, business generation, operations running and representing the company in every-day matters.

    Your main responsibilities:

  • Management of the company sales operations on daily basis (hands-on operational management via team of middle-level managers).
  • Team management (set targets and objectives to the team, monitor and motivate the achievement of set objectives).
  • Business delivery (results delivery management, contractual covers, client satisfaction, financial returns).
  • initiate development projects to achieve growth and operational excellence targets.
  • Customer relationship management (key customers)
  • Ensure good communication with company management to guarantee that right targets set, and results achieved.
  • Coordinate the company’s management, execute set plans and budgets.
  • Concentrate on performance, develop and maintain effective performance management.
  • Operational excellence. Continuous improvement of KPI’s.
  • Represent company and its image in Estonia, maintain relations with key cooperation partners and customers.
  • Report to the HQ of the progress and on daily performance of the company.

  • The main KPI’s are:

  • Market share
  • Sales & profitability
  • Inventory and debtor’s management

  • Experience and skills set expected:

  • Higher education (relevant degree in business administration, engineering, economy, or similar).
  • Professional work experience minimum of 3 years in sales management function.
  • Professional work experience in capital goods, sales management, targeting B2B customers.
  • Previous experience in selling heavy machinery, agricultural products and/or automotive industry background is a definite plus and advantage in this role.
  • Experience and willingness to work on a strategic, tactical and on an operational level.
  • Strong operational management experience.
  • Team leading experience, management of managers.
  • The ability to build strong relationships (both internal and external).
  • Result orientation, striving for targets; sales and business generation orientation.
  • Very good Estonian, English language skills (both in oral and written).
