As the top manager of the company, you’ll have the overall responsibility for all sales operations within the Estonian market. You belong to the group’s management team. Together with the local middle management team and management in HQ you will be responsible for strategic sales management and running and supervising the everyday operations of Dotnuva in Estonia. You’ll lead the business planning and business development process of the company, operational excellence activities, team management, business generation, operations running and representing the company in every-day matters.
