We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and self-driven person to lead all our talent acquisition and employer branding activities in Estonia. 

You will have opportunity to work with and strengthen one of the top-of-mind brand in ITC sector, develop and implement strategies to attract the best talents, design recruitment process and candidates experience and create supportive framework for internal career and rotation.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead local recruitment team, coordinate and be part of every day’s recruitment activities 
  • Ensure quality and efficiency of recruitment, incl. sourcing, competence assessment, selection
  • Analyze, design and develop recruitment strategies, processes and tools 
  • Coordinate all our employer brand activities 
  • Develop and promote internal career opportunities and services
  • Lead strategic partnerships with external organizations (universities, fairs etc) 
  • Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies to widen our talent pool 
  • Collaborate, educate and advise our leaders in your area of responsibility 
  • Work closely with cross-group HR and marketing professionals to create strong international employer brand

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Professional experience in respective areas for at least 2 years, incl. as Tech Recruiter 
  • Experience of leading a team, projects and process improvements 
  • Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment, assessment and selection methods Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) 
  • Hands-on experience with strategic management and execution of recruitment events
  • Very high service mindset, very good interpersonal and communicational skills 
  • Business mindset, good analytical skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Sense of ownership, positive, open-minded and proactive 
  • Proficiency of both written and spoken Estonian and English
