Glamox has created a new position in the Sourcing, Production and Logistics Division (SPL) and is looking for a talented and ambitious

DIGITAL MANAGER Core Business

(ERP, Sourcing, Production, and Logistics)

Digital Core Business in Glamox includes all main digital operations for manufacturing, procurement, and logistics. The main foundation for the Digital Core Business is ERP system Infor LN which is connected to several support applications. Glamox invests actively into digital platform and is mid-way in an ERP transformation and have recently implemented AI driven systems for Procurement Analytics and Supplier Sustainability Monitoring.

Glamox is looking for a Digital Manager Core Business to support digital transformation in sourcing, production, and logistics. The position reports to Senior Vice President for the SPL Division. You will work closely with Glamox business's leadership and serve as an expert resource on our ERP projects and driver for further digital improvement in manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Initiate and Drive digital transformation in the area of production, sourcing, and logistics;
  • Analyze and ensure Digital initiatives meet the business’s needs and regularly work with business leadership to implement change;
  • Project management including project planning, resource allocation, reporting, team management;
  • Take a lead role and coordinate digitalization activities between units or department to improve value chain efficiency;
  • Predict risk factors and secure successful completion of projects;
  • Communicates project needs regularly and effectively to direct reports and project owners;
  • Create and manage project budgets.

Key qualifications

  • Broad experience within manufacturing and supply chain management;
  • Proven success in managing projects and business change;
  • Experience with Big Data Analytics and developing Artificial Intelligence potential for our business needs;
  • Experienced user of ERP software and principles and experience with project management software;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Relevant Master's degree with a strong academic record.

The position will be part of SPL Division management team and located at one of the following Glamox sites:

  • Keila (Estonia)
  • Molde (Norway)
  • Krakow (Poland)
