An international heavy-machinery company is looking for a sales-oriented leader to pick up the position of

Country Director

to accomplish the continuous growth of the sales and service business in Estonia.

As Country Manager, you are responsible for all sales operations within the Estonian market. You create short- and long-term strategies to ensure profitability, and you lead the business planning and business development processes to generate the growth of the company. You are a leader to your team of sales and service professionals. You plan, direct, and organize the company’s daily operations. You are expected to drive business and build team synergy through proactiveness and initiative.

As a suitable candidate you have:

  • A degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in B2B sales management.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • An analytical mindset for aligning strategic operations.
  • A focus on teamwork, the ability to build strong relationships, and a positively inspiring personality.
  • Result orientation, striving for targets.
  • Very good Estonian and English language skills.
  • Previous experience in heavy machinery or automotive sales and a technical understanding are substantial advantages.
