Swedish Environmental company Ragn-Sells has an ambition for year 2025 to start producing in Estonia high-quality climate neutral Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) for polymer filler and construction material industries. What´s so special about that? Key accountabilities and job priorities

  • Create and implement the company’s sales strategy; focus on outbound sales strategy. You share product information with outside prospects.
  • Find potential customers to the product (PCC) and make the presales contracts for the company with production technology still in development.
  • Find potential customers and partners (Europe & World). Establish, maintain and grow relationships with clients to ensure future sales. Be the first point of contact for new clients.
  • Visit customers all over the world to sign contracts for PCC produced in carbon neutral way by supporting a circular economy concept.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses for customers. Sell value and sustainable solutions rather than price.
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about products and technology. Get to know the product and technology as they are developed.
  • Work closely with engineering and marketing teams to have exceptional understanding of the new technology and the value it creates for our customers.
  • Attend PR events, conferences, and be a spokesperson for the new technology.
  • Create sales reports that take a look at the company's sales as well as predict the potential of future sales.
  • Identify key markets, observe trends in the market and adjust sales strategy accordingly.

Sales partner reports directly to the OSA service board member and project manager Alar Saluste.

Experience and education

  • At least Bachelor's degree or equal in business, marketing, communications, chemistry, materials science, environmental technology, sustainability, engineering or related field
  • At least three years of sales experience in the industry – sales of mineral products, PCC, calcium carbonate based products or similar
  • Impeccable communication skills and an advanced understanding of circular economy, uses of PCC and chemical industry
  • Professional work experience in international B2B sales
  • Experience in developing sales strategy, analyzing sales, creating reports and forecasts
  • Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients, completing sales and managing other tasks independently
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations; public speaking experience is seen as an advantage
  • Confident and charismatic approach to people, expert level interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as to be a productive team member
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Passionate about sales, circular economy and carbon neutral technologies
  • Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems
  • Ability to negotiate and an understanding of marketing skills
  • Thriving in „start-up culture“ and ability to handle uncertainty
  • English C1; Estonian, Russian and Swedish language skills are bonus
