The purpose of your work is to grow the sales and market share of ADAMA’s products by providing the best solutions together with Estonian distributors (Baltic Agro, Kevili and Linas Agro) to key end customers – farmers. You are actively engaging the customers and working closely with the distributor’s sales teams providing them with information about products and solutions. You give input from the market to ADAMA’s marketing and sales strategy, collaborating with your Baltics team members, such as the area manager and technical support manager.
As a suitable candidate, you have a higher degree in agriculture, business administration or similar. You have 3 years of related experience and an understanding of crop protection and the Estonian market. As a person, you are curious, honest and communicate easily with different people. You are oriented to achieving results, have a broad perspective and can include different stakeholders. You are willing to work independently and remotely.
