Head of the Real Estate Department
The purpose of your work is the planning and management of Lidl's expansion strategy in the field of real estate. Together with your team, you will be responsible for finding suitable plots and developing stores from detailed planning to a ready-to-use building. Your leader is a member of the board, your team consists of 8 members (land acquisition project managers, construction project managers, and assistants).
You are welcome to apply if you have a university degree and at least five years of experience managing large projects in real estate development. Working in an international company requires you to speak English fluently. Also, team management experience and outstanding leadership qualities are required. You have good analytical and business thinking, strong planning and organisational skills. You are characterised by ambition, good negotiation skills and results orientation. You are ready for business trips.
