CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER (CISO)

Are you passionate to develop and implement an information security strategy that protects the company's data, IT/OT systems, and networks from cyber threats? Do you have fresh ideas on how to make fast changing infosec and IT risk management area even more innovative and smarter? Do you know what it takes to be strategic leader across company’s business units and geographies? Do you like to lead, develop, and strengthen your own organization and people to new heights?

If you answered yes, we are looking for Chief Information Security Officer who would be a strong partner for business and IT leaders, helping to develop and protect digitized products and automated processes. Your main tasks are to develop and implement a comprehensive information security vision and strategy to ensure appropriate levels of confidentiality, integrity, availability, safety, privacy, and recovery of information assets and to lead and strengthen the information security department and function across the company to ensure consistent and high-quality information security and IT risk management practices.

We invite you to apply if you:

  • have demonstrated experience and success in senior leadership roles in risk management, information security, and IT or OT security;
  • have knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL;
  • have sound knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of information security risk management and cybersecurity technologies;
  • have up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and trends in both business and IT;
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels, ranging from board members to technical specialists;
  • are leader and builder of both vision and bridges, and able to energize the appropriate teams in the organization;
  • are able to lead and motivate the information security team to achieve tactical and strategic goals;
  • have a degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work experience.
